The Stamford Times will feature its Top 10 Sports Stories of 2009.

There were a lot of exciting high school games and teams this year and The Stamford Times will look back on the ones everyone was talking about. Individual performers who excelled at a high level are also included in the Top 10.

Last week’s performances of the Trinity and Stamford boys basketball teams are highlighted. Both teams are undefeated at 2-0 going into today’s games.

There’s also an overview of the Stamford and Westhill wrestling programs, which are looking to build on the successes they achieved last season.
